UH Enrollment Services Emails

University of Houston Enrollment Services represents four offices that are crucial to a student’s admission, continued enrollment and graduation: admissions, financial aid, registrar and business services. As part of a Marketing and Communications team, I wrote and edited copy for emails targeted at prospective students and families, current students and community partners. I assisted in maintaining and executing a communications calendar for messages.

• Join the Class of 2020 - This message encourages at prospective freshman students graduating high school in 2015 to apply. The call to action led them info on how to apply.

• We Want You at UH - This was a re-targeting message to prospective students with incomplete applications encouraging them to apply.

• Transfer Information Session - Targeted at transfer students, this message highlights the benefits of attending a transfer student information session and led students to register.

• Final High School Transcript Due - This reminder was aimed at current freshman students, pushing them to submit their transcripts to complete their admission and continue enrollment at UH.
