Role: Writer
UHCL's Enrollment Management needed to successfully move admitted students through the enrollment funnel. Working with a team, a mail campaign was created to encourage new freshmen and transfer students to take action at each stage in their enrollment journey. I wrote and edited content for this mail campaign.
Financial aid
The first piece was written to encourage students to complete their financial aid application by the priority deadline.


Advising and Registration
Content was written to target three different populations: new freshmen, transfer students with 30-53 credit hours and transfer students with 54+ credit hours. Steps for advising and registration differ for each population, so content was written for each group.



Campus Life
Even though students are admitted to the university, they may still be shopping around for other colleges and universities. The goal of the next piece was focus less on transactional items and sell students on the student experience by living on campus.
